Resource Library
When I was a little girl, I read voraciously. My mom allowed me to borrow as many books as my age, and I vividly remember carrying a tall stack of books between my hands and my chin as I walked out of the library, giddy with anticipation to explore the worlds and knowledge contained within.
Libraries and bookstores still evoke curiosity and excitement in me. Nowadays I get a similar feeling exploring my inner world and the landscape of my body.
May the resources in this library open colourful doors for you to walk through into new worlds of natural wildness, intimacy, and a sense of home in your body.
Audio Practice: Sounding Shame Into Liberation
This gentle audio practice guides you through sounding the sensations in your body as a way to release shame and find liberation, particularly around your sexuality.
I created this practice to accompany my Sexpert Talks interview with my friend Kimberly FiNix on sexual shame, the surprising (and familiar) ways it shows up, and how to liberate yourself from it and embrace your full sexual expression. I shared some vulnerable personal stories, and you may never have seen two people more excited to talk about shame! The conversation gives a lot of context to the practice.
Audio Practice: Digesting Climate Grief
This practice is designed to help you digest your emotions around climate change so that you aren't ruled by them, either in feeling overtaken by them or in trying to manage your life tightly to avoid activating them. It helps to create emotional resilience, so that you can harness the energy and wisdom of your emotions and use that energy in devotion to whatever you choose.
